In response to customer needs, we have revised the feedback functionality. Changes provide a more intuitive approach to specify the need for Re-inspection, the Re-inspect Date and the ability to enter any desired associated comments. Feedback Prompt responses and comment entries have been more tightly associated to ensure accurate reporting.
